As the Director of Placement & Onboarding, Becca oversees hiring, placement, and onboarding for our Global Educators.

Becca also manages Global’s Placement and Onboarding team. Her goal is to make the hiring and onboarding process as smooth as possible for Global Educators both before they travel to and during their arrival in the U.S.
