My name is Dalton James and I am a Math educator from Manchester, a city in west-center Jamaica.

What led you to become a Global Champion?

I am grounded in the philosophy that leaders lead by example. This in itself, has driven me to become a Global Champion. It is my hope to be an example for our educators and incoming teachers. Helping them adopt to the new environment and adjusting to the new expectations.
