What led you to become a Global Champion?

My journey to becoming a Global Teaching Partner Ambassador is rooted in my passion for student-centered learning, and cultural exchange. As an educator, I have worked to inspire students through creative, culturally responsive teaching while also serving as a mentor, and advocate for school and community growth. My cross-cultural experiences in both Jamaica and the United States, along with my advanced studies in English Language and Linguistics, have shaped me into a global-minded teacher who values diversity, collaboration, and equity in education. This ambassadorship allows me to extend my impact beyond the classroom, connecting educators and communities worldwide in the shared mission of preparing students to thrive as global citizens.
