Ricky, Director of Finances & HR, is responsible for overseeing and managing all financial and human resource functions within the organization.

Ricky constructs salary and tax rosters, manages healthcare enrollments, communicates with school districts, and ensures compliance with state and federal regulations. He also resolves educator issues concerning salary, taxes, banking, healthcare, dependent work authorization, and budgeting.
