My name is Erica Acosta and I am a Dual Language Immersion educator from Honduras.
What led you to become a Global Champion?
I want to share with new teachers my experience as a teacher in U.S. How to face the challenges that come through this journey and explain how important it is to use strategies and procedures to have a manageable classroom. These were things that I struggled with during my first year but once I learned how to deal with them, I felt more confident.
