“Global’s unflinching support from the very first day I discovered their existence until today has been nothing short of amazing!”

David has taught Mathematics, Science, and Physics for various grade levels in Africa for almost 12 years. He earned his Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Physics with a Math and Chemistry Minor from the University of Cape Coast in Ghana, and his graduate Diploma in Mathematics Education from the University of Education Winneba.

Thanks to his prior teaching in international schools, David has had the opportunity to meet students from diverse backgrounds. His teaching philosophy is guided by helping students become true global citizens.
David took a chance on Global Teaching Partners after applying to other J1 exchange programs and found that Global was much more supportive academically and professionally. When he was accepted into the program and secured a job in Greensboro, NC, he was all the more excited to prove himself as a phenomenal educator, and he truly has.

Following his many years of teaching in Africa, David knew he wanted to explore teaching in other parts of the world, and particularly believed that doing so in the U.S. would be a great experience. He is thankful for everyone who has made his dream possible and made his experience in the U.S. just as great as he imagined!
